The Dog Inn Pub located in Chorley, in the heart of Whittle Le Woods, offers a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Quench Your Thirst, that is available to purchase at the bar from our warm and friendly bar staff. Not sure what you are looking for? Just ask! Our bar staff will be more than willing to assist you in finding a good drink for you. Are you planning an event? Ask us to host your event. We'll help you plan comfortably and with ease.
You can access the main bar through our front car park. (We have two bars, one on the left when you enter the pub, where typically our dog walkers hang out. PET Rules Click here. And our bar on the right is the home to many of our Cask beer and ale drinkers.
We have two open fires crackling through the winter months in both bars, when they are lit, to keep you all warm on a cool day. .
We are proud to be a traditional pub and our bars are where all our amazing locals play traditional pub games like Dominoes and Darts. There are two dart boards, one in each bar. We also have a season pool table located on the left side of the pub. We have a Large TV screen for you to view terrestrial sports.
The Dog Inn Pub is proud to offer award-winning Cask Ales, Guest Ales, Bitter, Lagers & Ciders & Stout (Guinness), beers. We currently hold a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5) CASK MARQUE accreditation. We have four rotating hand pumps. Where we have Light to Dark Ales, wherever possible. .
The Dog Inn Pub usually has around or over 16 different flavours, including award-winning Gins & Mixers. We have an excellent combination of premium whiskies and vodka. A varied selection of traditional spirits, mixers and liqueurs. There is a growing selection of flavoured rum. Along with bottle Ciders. We also have the casual cocktail to offer particularly during the summer months. We don't have your favorite tipple, just ask and we'll do everything we can to get it for you!

The Dog Inn Pub, now has a brand area in the car park, that has just been built for the summer months, why not enjoy your drink outside? We have extra bench seating area at the front of the pub on on our decking. Which is a huge sun trap for those who love to be in the sun! Don't worry if your not a sun lover, simply ask us to pop up our awnings and you'll be in the shade in no time. We have a smoking area situated on the side of the Dog Inn Pub.
PET OWNER RULES
We ask all animal owners to be responsible for your animals at all times. Please keep your pets on leads at all times in our Snug bar to the left hand side. We also ask you to keep in mind those who may be less comfortable with animals or possibly allergic to animals. We ask all pet owners not to allow your pet to jump onto the furniture! When food is distributed, please make sure your pet is always located in the Cozy Snug Bar, on the left side as you enter, only at all times.
